چکیده
تأکیدهای مکرر از سوی مقام معظم رهبری بر مدیریت جهادی به جهت تحقق اهداف و آرمان‌های ج.ا.ا صورت گرفته است ، که به همین خاطر نیازمند بررسی مباحث مختلف در زمینه مدیریت جهادی هستیم. مسئله ما در این مقاله تدوین دکترین و تبیین اهداف الگوی راهبردی مدیریت جهادی از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) می‌باشد. در این زمینه تجربیات موفق و کارآمد گران بهایی در پس از انقلاب برای عبور از چالش‌ها و بحران‌ها وجود دارد. با توجه به اینکه بحث‌های گوناگونی در رایطه با مدیریت جهادی میان صاحب نظران در جریان است ،تدوین و تبیین دکترین و اهداف آن یک ضرورت بنیادی است. هدف تحقیق ارائه ابعاد ومولفه های دکترین و اهداف مدیریت جهادی بر اساس اندیشه ولایت است. و به طور مشخص به این سوال پاسخ داده می شودکه ، دکترین و اهداف مدیریت جهادی بر اساس اندیشه ولایت چیست؟روش بکار گرفته شده در این پژوهش، مطالعات اسنادی به روش تحلیل محتوی است. اسناد مورد استفاده منابع مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق می باشد و در پایان ابعاد و مولفه‌های دکترین مدیریت جهادی در دیدگاه معظم له استخراج گردید.
